The Blanche Kahn Family Health Center is conveniently located in the heart of Brooklyn to address the complex medical, rehabilitative and behavioral needs of patients with developmental and intellectual disabilites. Its mission is to treat people with special needs with the compassionate care that these individuals require.

Our dedicated team of physicians, nurses and clinical staff have the knowledge and experience necessary to provide expert medical and therapeutic care for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
